rhubarb + stem ginger conserve

Today I harvested 1kg of fresh home grown rhubarb, the colour was deep pink. It has now been made into rhubarb-and-ginger-conserve just in time for Easter gifts!

It was, we tried some for breakfast. It was a joint effort as my husband Ian wanted to prepare it all :)
